Silver Lake Annual Cleanup - April 17-24, 2021
  • Week long “on your own” event to accommodate social distancing
  • Key Activities
    1. Shoreline cleanup: All public shorelines
    2. Trash pick up in the parks and public spaces
  • Notes & Tips
    • Practice social distancing
    • Cleanup hotspots: Southeast corner, South Shore
    • Wade in a few feet if needed or use a kayak/canoe to access shallows
    • Wear gloves and use your walking stick for junk in lake
    • Fill a “Target” bag on your daily walk!
    • Pick up courtesy trash bags and work gloves on the front lawn of 2775 Lake Blvd (north of the tennis courts)
